so, by some rushed simplified math, there`s aproximatly 700k Artorium left from dailies at a 190% bonus rate,(not counting todays) and im currently at 730k... i guess i better start farming.
I have don the maths for you, by now, you need to reach that much EP to stop burn apples:
No bonus: 1.5M
Pure welfare (Lily+ 3 3* sabers and support MHX/Lily) = +130% bonus: 900K
Max team (Lily + MHX + Salter + Nero + SR/SSR Saber + support MHX/Lily) = +230% bonus: 400K
That's assume you have no CE/material drops, every AP til the last minutes are utilized and you are farming the max difficulty 40AP quest

to get the 190% bonus i need Lily +support Lily/MHX +Alter+Saber+Altera+Deon... 3 stars only give 10% bonus points so that wellfare setup of your would only reach 130%
but anyway, better off using Apples and getting extra Claws and Demon hearts that not using apples on UHZ

But the Da Vinci/Fake Servants event in a few months has a) 20 hearts in its shop, b) a node with steady heart drops c) a lottery
It'd be much better to save your apples for that if you want to spend it farming hearts. The UHZ node drops scales as well, so it's not that bad.
