CE drops, I suppose. And it would depend on if there's a node you like running for the mats. The event currency can still be converted into QP. But there's no real point, just play wherever you want now.
Ascension/skill mats, limit-broken Maid in Halloween/Halloween Princess CEs (and Trick or Treat if you want that for some reason), golden apples from party quests.

Maid in Halloween boosts bat drops though, and bats are basically worthless for the rerun when you already have a maxed out Caster Liz/Halloween Princess. Consequently I'd recommend LBing it for anyone who has 5 after this event, to save on clutter/make MiH better in any niche situations where you''d want to use it.
Why is Medea's NP damage so low compared to other single-target NPs? Does it get boosted at any point?
Most likely because she can spam it so easily. It does get a NP interlude to increase its damage, but it still does fairly weak damage for a single target Arts NP.
cuz Gen 1 servant when devs were noobs trying to care about balance and prefering to under-tune instead of Over-tune stuff so because she has a FULL NP every 8-6 turns skills her NP`s damage was cut in half, and "we" accept it cuz Rule Breaker isnt a damage NP
Vlad`s NP damage was shit cuz he has a 10 hit Arts NP so they were afraid of NP spam even more so they made his NP gen kinda shit
she gets buffed in London, but its still just half of other single target NP`s with buff
