NP boost, further decreases defence and makes the Curse more damaging and longer lasting.

I almost never use Waver's NP. It's a nice starter for a NP chain, and incredibly useful for stalling an NP during events, but for normal day to day farming his NP charging is way more useful.

Jeanne+Saberlot+Tamamo or Waver+Saberlot+Tamamo for better team? I feel like Jeanne is a better safety net against challenge quest but waver is just better overall...
Also, is a quick team of Ridertoki+Okita+JtR good enough?
Yes, I use quick team out of fun and curiosity, please dont kill me for trying to use quick even though I have Jalter and Ozy for buster memes
