It's just the ugliest word ever, it looks horrible and it sounds horrible. Even among Salter, Lalter, Lartoria, and other such nicknames (and all of them are bad) Jalter stands out as the worst. It also doesn't help that people use it so much all the time.
Just say Jeanne Alter, Joan Alter or Joana Alter; even Joan/Joana Dark is better. Say Saber Alter, Santa Alter, Lancer Artoria, etc.
If you need shorter names to type then use J. Alter at least, it's not like people say TREX, it's T. Rex.
These nicknames just really aggravate me, but alas, I can't change people's language.

Scrolling through my FL, I noticed that basically everyone and their mother has a Herk, so I switched him out for Kin-chan and put Altera in the All slot. If you do like the Herk in the Berserker slot, just PM me and I'll change it back.
