Synopsis

SHOW What is the true identity of the still enigmatic being known as the Count? In the middle of a strategy meeting on how to deal with the Count, an emergency alarm suddenly sounds throughout the ship. The cause of the alarm is the activation of the Heroic Spirit Summoning System. The system has summoned a single Servant all on its own, before going quiet again. "We meet again, Master." Right after you encounter the Servant, you are tempted into a deep slumber, almost as if falling into a dark hole. Then, as you once again open your eyes, you see... A gray sky, a familiar cityscape, and the road which leads from your home to school. A banal and ordinary vista, hidden deep somewhere in the recesses of your memory.

So depending on what works of Philosophy and Comparative Mythology Nasu and Company have been reading when they conceived the idea of 廃棄孔, the anatomical associations might have been intentional.
