Ah, I got Nero and Saber Alter to NP2 while rolling the first Saber Wars gacha for example. I don't think it had limited servants mostly, but since it was a special themed banner (only sabers) it was perfect for getting those elusive story locked servants at the time.

Seiba's always on rate up. Anytime there's no event or story going on they throw up random banners, half of which seem to be Knight of the Rounds ones. Just looking at the rest of the year she's on the Anniversery rate up for Fuyuki+Orleans with Sherlock and Jeanne, the Saber only banner at the end of summer, the 10 mil milestone with Merlin and the HF movie campaign in October-ish.

They haven't announced anything more than that. Probably a safe guess that NA gets what JP got for its anniversary, minus whatever updates NA already had, but maybe with some additional updates JP didn't. You guys got that back button much earlier than JP did.
We should get some login bonuses afaik, someone would have to look at the JP stuff

I rolled Karna and still have around 200 left, although to be fair I only maxed his 2nd skill and took 3rd to 6.
No real reason to ever put points in his 1st except for completion purposes, imho.
