You can, but I've got a feeling you probably burned it or fed it to someone at 1k of whichever Four type it was by accident.

I mean, if you did what you mentioned earlier in that: completed challenge quest -> got the window showing you obtained whatever SR Four -> couldn't find in present box, then contacting support is what you should do. Just saying that, when most people say they can't find something, it falls into the following categories: some filter is enabled that prevents you from seeing it (present box and inventory), they put it into the 2nd archive, they fed it away, or they burned it.

The game is known for messing up quartz purchases from time to time, so it's not impossible for an item not to be properly awarded. However, I've never had this happen to me, nor have I heard of it happening to anyone else.

I'm usually very careful about that because I've been feeding all those 4-star Fous to Caster!Cú Chulainn, but it's possible I made a mistake somewhere.

Huh. Then either there was a glitch, or I just fed it already to Caster!Cú and didn't notice it.

Before the event started, you'd only have a Servant at 1160/1160 assuming you haven't purchased any of the RP SR Fours and haven't missed any of them from Rashomon and Onigashima reruns. Summer events always give 6 of each SR Four after SR Fours became available, so you'll be at 1280/1280 after getting all of them from Summer 1 rerun.

Holy hell Tesla was a nightmare when attempting full bonus. Trying to find a Lancer with the Nightingale CE was just as hard. I'll just farm shore with oil bonus from now on.
