So story-wise, it's like Seraph of the End? Vampires "protecting" humans seeking shelter from most apocalyptic demons and mutants in exchange for their blood? Possibly with less condescending vampires. Regardless of whether vampires are superior to humans or not, branding is important. Vampires can get more humans on their side by calling them "taxpayers" instead of "livestock".
