HF's great. Sakura not so much. She's too much a matyr for me to really give a damn about.

I'm just not able to like Sakura as a person. It felt like FHA tried to fix that but instead of developing her own character it tried to make her into budget Tohsaka, except without the parts that made her funny and likable.

She's kind of interesting as a character when she's lashing out and destroying everything she cares about, but that doesn't make me want to actually like her or anything.

its weird that mostly comments are negatiive but the like option still leads. I would have liked for them to speak out. The only positive votes just mentioned her boobs and i would have tought they were trolling if it wasnt for the fact the option has 8 actual votes
And i think starting to hate a character just because some annoying guy that was banned years ago, if im not wrong, is kinda childish

i guess this is still on topic, but i would not blame Sakura for anything. She had no voice in all that hapenned to her since the fourth war . Give her the life of a normal mage like her sister had, and she would have turned out fine .

One thing you might have to realize.

I, and many others, don't dislike Sakura because we feel she is to blame for anything. Whether a character is good or evil or could have done something or deserves anything is irrelevant to me. I just think she's a boring character, she's not as cool or attractive as Rin and Saber, her dynamic with Shirou isn't interesting, and in general she doesn't provoke any strong emotions from me. Her lack of agency does nothing to endear her and she might as well have been replaced with a cardboard cutout of a princess for all the impact she had. I felt much more for Illya in HF than I did for Sakura. You can blame that on Nasu writing her poorly.

That's the thing though. Like, half of what went down in HF would have been avoided if Sakura hadn't been throwing a pity party about how nobody loves understands or wants to help her... just as people were figuring out what was wrong and trying to help her.

She very nearly kills everyone she loves because she was throwing a temper-tantrum.
