In my opinion the worst team is Celinke and Astolfo.
All the teams where the master thinks he is superior in any way is second (Shinji and Medusa, Gordes and Siegfried, Atram and Medea, the list goes on).
Tokiomi - Gilgamesh and Darnic and Vlad are third because the master is being a lickspittle whoch is anoying and counter productive although there are smarter than number 2.

Other I could think of is Siegfried and Gordes, and Darnic and Vlad because there's barely any chemistry between them. Oh, and Celenike and Astolfo, too.
And even the original Master of Jack. Apo has it bad.

Well, I found their victories mostly accidental and almost always silly.
I don't think that one counts- Gil was never actually Shinji's Servant, he was just humouring him because he was so amusingly pathetic.
Shinji is Gil's treasure. Of course it's invalid.

I'd probably consider Jack and Reika to be the worst team. Reika is exactly the sort of person that Jack shouldn't meet if you don't want her to turn into a monster and Jack gave Reika the opportunity to show how awful she is. If Jack had gotten a Good Master she might have turned out just fine while Reika would have stayed relatively harmless.
She was basically harmless when she was just some prostitute right? I don't actually know that much about how she lived prior to the story starting.
Reika was a rich girl who became a prostitute because ??? and is a supergenius from READING BOOKS.
Book smarts go a long way, man.
