I tend to prefer smooth, but I like crunchy once in a while.

Jif Reduced Fat is my favorite. Only Jif, all the other brands of reduced-fat taste like soy.

On wheat bread, topped with honey and allowed to soak until lunch time so the bread and honey turn into a crunchy, syrupy candy.

Crunchy 100% of the way. Generally the stuff I get at the local organic store that you grind up yourself on the spot with a big machine ends up always at least a little crunchy, even on the smooth setting, because it isn't processed a dozen times with a ton of sugar poured into it.

But yeah if I was going to be eating the sugary heathen hell that is American pb it'd be smooth all the way. May as well remove as many tracea of its original taste and texture as possible if you're gonna go all the way, right?
