There was nothing saying you couldn't have made all three of your submissions porn based, you know.
I'm guessing the new and exciting source material to mine fanfic stuff from for this year is all linked to a gacha game that is only partially traducted, and some anime series that still hasn't ended, and before only had an obscure-in-the-West novel release. And some Strange/Fake that moves like molasses and hasn't finished yet either. So that's why there isn't a lot of stuff to propose that people know about and that hasn't been done to death previously.
