Uhmm can someone help me. I applied all the patches and when I started the game it lets me pick a ticket. After clicking a ticket there is a message that says that it cannot save

And after clicking OK, it continues normally then when I press start and tried saving, the game crashes with an error.

@Xavier - seems like permissions issue. Try running as an administrator, or somehow add permissions to the save folder.

I tried running it as an administrator but the same message still appears. As for adding permissions I already allowed all the permission to the save folder and still the same happens. I am playing from an external hard drive btw. Maybe its affecting something?

Edit: I tried removing the patches and still the same happens. What could be the problem? Should I download the game again?

Edit: The game is saving fine now. I deleted the config.ksc file and asked me a new save location and is now working properly.

I'd recommend trying updating relevant drivers (graphics card, motherboard).

Thank you for all your hard work with this patch. It's nice to be able to read HA with voices.

I've only encountered two kind of crashes so far: the one in Caren V's alt version, and one while playing Hanafuda. I tried a couple team combinations and while at first it only seemed to crash while playing against Team Caren, the trigger being Magdala activating, another crash I got while typing this post seems to hint at some issue with the character portraits.

But still, I've tried everything with my current computer (run as an administator, compatibility with windows XP/Vista/Windows 8, with/without Locale emule/japanese locale). I don't understand...It's a mystery (each time, one of computer seems to have a problem with a certain episode of Fate) XD
