The ocean is calling you. It is summoning you.
For whatever reason, you feel obliged to heed it, and somehow obtained a pass to board--or command--a ship heading towards your destination.
Perhaps you are the captain of this ship, once again taking command of the ship, summoned by your love for the smell, the sight and the sound of the sea. Perhaps you are an explorer, on a journey to uncharted lands. Perhaps you are a trader, seeking fortune on the markets of distant lands. Perhaps you are a magus, on a quest to refine your craft. Perhaps you are a desperate refugee, perhaps an adventurous alchemist, perhaps a pious pilgrim, perhaps a sinister demon.
Perhaps you seek adventure; guided by curiosity, the spirit of discovery and thirst for knowledge. Perhaps it is wealth; you are swayed by a promise of prosperity, gold, treasures, and riches beyond your imagination. Perhaps you are driven by ambition; you set your goal to participate in glorious battles, to prove your worth, to seize power, or perhaps to exact vengeance from your enemies. It doesn’t matter, as the ocean is also full of uncertainty--uncharted, unclaimed, untamed--waiting for you to discover, exploit or conquer--and give meaning to your journey.
Whoever you are, and whatever your reason is, you took the first step aboard the ship, a first step in this voyage. Through the maelstrom of fate, towards whatever destiny awaits you in the end.

Before the ship sails, let’s first confirm your identity. You will discover more detail about yourself later on your journey. But for now, determine your Destination and Origin. Details regarding your voyage; the port you depart from, the year you’re living in, the type of ship you board on, et cetera, will be revealed after. However, it all doesn’t matter now. What really matters is who you are, and what you seek.

[ ] Dead Apostle; an immortal, a demon, seeking for something beyond.
