She was introduced in the beginning and killed off very fast. The protag hardly had any interaction with her. If she had stayed in Chaldea for a longer period after meeting with the protag and interacted with him more, letting us get more out of her character, AND then killed off, it would kick the feels a bit more. It is like the difference between killing Da Vinci at the beginning rather than the end of Part 1/Beginning of Part 2 (I know she returns as a loli). She can come back, letting us get to know more about her and then who knows...kill her...? Well at least that would be delightfully devilish compared to being wiped out in the beginning of the story. Or let her stay as a pseudo-servant so she could be Saber Lily 2.0 with occasional funny banter and comic relief...Maybe a rider class...Anyone know if Blackbeard had a wife (a REAL one!)?
We had Lost Room, we got to know about her. She having a spotlight after all this time (not including learning with the manga) : I think she will return. Maybe TM thought: hey lets show more about Olga in the Lost Room, make people feel sorry/more sorry for her, have her banner, make her the waifu of the month and profit. Would be a reasonable prediction with the swarm of waifu rate ups we are getting.

Honestly she needs to come back at some point and in some fashion, if only because she was completely wasted in the prologue. Plus, we need a tsundere in the Chaldea regular cast, to balance out Mashu's unconditional dere.
