Seriously tho Emiya. Sieg can be interesting, but just comparing levels of enjoyment there's only one. Except for Fate route anyway.

Sieg, although he has his moments, is less interesting than shirou and gets upstaged by most of the cast in one way or another.

The best Fate protag is undoubtedly Hakunon.

If you want a serious response for a change I think Sieg's very basic plot has been done better elsewhere while I wouldn't be able to tell you a better execution of Shirou's little dilemma off the top of my head.

Sieg is the most LN protagonistish LN protagonist ever. He's by far the worst MC that the Nasuverse has produced thus far.

I mean Shirou loses points for me because his motive is so cringeworthy, but it's not as bad as Sieg who basically hijacked the show from a cast far more interesting than him.
