"Officially confirmed" translated term

Are there any translated term in Nasuverse stated by Type-Moon as "official"?
Going through various replies in this forum, I see a lot of translated material by Aniplex, Aksys etc. being in conflicted with one another, even basic ones like Heroic Spirit/Legendary Souls, Artoria/Arturia/Altria. Some terms if I remember correctly has never been confirmed by Type-Moon but are as good as it get if they:

• Has transliterated katakana originally and there are no disputed in any available released material. I only know of "Servant", "Avalon" and "Excalibur"; even NP is translated differently into "Precious Tool" in one case.
• Has transliterated katakana originally and the original word can be trivially confirmed, so no officially translated material needed. A lot of historical and "real world" fictional terms belong to this but currently I can only remember "Morgan le Fay" in Apocrypha. Why did they use ル for "le" again?

Simple answer: Yes.

Complicated answer: Even Type Moon is inconsistent. Part of the contention for how you render Saber's name, for instance, is because Type Moon itself has literally printed both "Altria" and "Artoria" on Type Moon products.

On a serious note...

Wow, didn't know that one happened.

I only stuck to the katakana name of Mashu since the designers are really conflicted on whether to write it as "Matthew", "Mash" or "Mashu".

Same with the terminology of Servants. Why they are also named as "ghost liners" but they are more than "ghosts" and familiars is beyond me.

Names are just a case of whatever variant of Hepburn or Kunrei a person is using at any given moment. Good luck finding consistency there even in the Japanese government.

Reality Marbles are Reality Marbles. It's the same thing as with Noble Phantasm or any number of Very Important Terms. Nobody decided to translate bounded field as marble, they decided to translate

as Reality Marble because it says

It's not on the translators because they're just taking the katakana Nasu used in the ruby text. Like Noble Phantasm is

I was reading a fanfic and suddenly realized how strange the transliterated names of Shirou and Tohsaka are.

If you want to be literal it's Toosaka
If you want ease of pronunciation it's Tohsaka
If you're being held prisoner and forced to translate by Aksys it's Tousaka
