No, the episode previews directly show you the big thing that happens in the next episode, to the point of straight-up showing one character's death scene with accompanying narration that basically goes, "yup, he's dead alright."
<NEW FIC!> Revolution #9: Somewhere out there, there's a universe in which your mistakes and failures never happened, and all you wished for is true. How hard would you fight to make that real?

[12:40] Neir: lucina is pretty much flawless
Hinamatsuri had me laugh uncontrolably during the yakuza base raid scene. My cheeks still hurt from all the laughter.

Caligula is one big purple mess, and I'm not entertained.
Man, I'm sorry but I feel Reinhard's voice actor is such a mismatch.
Mamoru doing a Setsuna voice for someone who is known for his confidence and charisma and at some points arrogance is just a poor choice imo. Especially how he has used it in his more gentle.
I do have to say I loved the dialogue way more in this one. I liked the old series for its great portrayal of characters' interests in everything they said/did, which failed hard in the previous episode but this one was amazing.

Comic Girls is not a comfy title, but it's very cute.
Three months to go from underground fighting to winning on the world stage. Otherwise death by debtcollectors awaits...
Junk Dog's got his work cut out for him.

Hot take: Caligula had a better first episode than Persona 5 did. It sported build-up, unease, and culminated in an explosive, but mysterious climax. Pretty great, even if its head was up its butt with all of the Psych 101 (even though I love it in that ironic/unironic way when anime goes Psych/Philosophy 101.)
My Fanfics. Read 'em. Or not.McJon01: We all know that the real reason Archer would lose to Rider is because the events of his own Holy Grail War left him with a particular weakness toward "older sister" types.
Man, I expected Yuri to wreck Junk Dog's shit something fierce, but JD not even getting any good punches in was pretty brutal. Pretty glad I picked this up.
The original game was written by Tadashi Satomi, one of the founding creators of the Persona franchise.
It is somewhat bemusing that both Caligula and Persona 5's games released within months of each other and now they both got anime adaptations airing within the same season.

I'm really liking the OP.

I've been reading the manga for a while, it's pretty good.
So I know Last Period is based off a gatcha game, but damn to they take a ton of chances to make fun of it. If this was an original work I'd easily call it a parody, but it could just be really tone-deaf. From the "No you can't use your thousands of gold to roll, you have to use yen.""What's a yen?" line to the 1* summons, I feel like no sane company would want their product shown in such a bad light in what is essentially a six hour commercial spread over three months.

I could use a little less of running animation in wotakoi. It looked hella weird, and the proportions went wacky. I'm also not sure why subs avoided simply using fujoshi and gamer instead of yaoi fangirl and game otaku, but eh.
Otherwise, fun little show with a killer line to start a relationship.
