Dailies give 5 (clear any map 5 times, produce 3 t-dolls, repair t-doll 15 times, complete 3 combat sims, produce 3 equipment), weeklies give 3 (kill 10 boss enemies, perform skill training 5 times). Other than that, there's a career quest to use procurement once that gives 10 tokens (so basically your first roll is refunded). Other than that, some achievements give tokens (most of them require rolling though), like gifting items a certain number of times (combat reports count towards this), and clicking the little hearts on your dolls in your dorm.
Yeah, you want to unlock another echelon ASAP so that you can have at least 3 squads running logistics constantly while you're farming with the two others, and then another one ASAP after that, so you can have 4 logistics running all the time.
This sheet has numbers/hour for every map. If you're actively playing a lot it's usually more worth running the short ones, otherwise it's fine doing the longer ones.
Guys, remember to update your support echelons in your Friends page- it doesn't update automatically, so your level 40 3k team of 5*s could be sitting behind level 1 M1819 and MP40.

Finally, 4x dummy on whole team, now I can rest.
Do you people just level your main five and leave the rest of them at just above what you need to logistics farm? Cos I'm struggling, at 30-50 across the board, main party closer to 50, and I've just borrowed somebody's team to wipe out some 6600 boss on a <4k mission.
FGO Supports
Focus on 1-2 echelons, and keep the rest just for logistics for now.
My main echelon is at 13k, with my second at 7.5k (really need to work more on it). The rest aren't fully dummy linked/strengthened but have levels around 30-40 that I just use for logistics.

Based on the pooled drop stats at http://gfdb.baka.pw/statistician.html
(keep in mind these rates don't reflect the much smaller T-Doll index in English client)
That worked disturbingly quickly.

Same as Sesto. You want one that you focus on mainly so that you can progress in harder content in general, and a second combat echelon at the start that you can focus on during whatever downtime comes up, since you'll need two squads to do a lot of gold medals and harder maps (especially night) eventually. Get your logistics echelon leaders to 40-45, and leave them there for the time being. Everyone else in my own logistic squads are just level 1 too.
Level 40-45 huh? I've got some grinding to do.
And just to check, you can't actually fail a logistics mission, can you?

Depending on your data room setup and how much you grind with your main (giving you surplus xp), you can do most of that leveling with combat reports (it's like 55 reports to get someone from 1 to 45), but that's gonna take some time if you can't really maximize report production atm.
Now to get Springfield up to level 60
