Oshino is really a monster on his own when you think about it.
The other three exorcists couldn't even kill her even though she was greatly weakened from losing her heart. Oshino also stopped all three at once to save Araragi.
Spoilers. Araragi and Shinobu go back in time to check out if they can prevent Snail girl from dieing. Turns out they can. They go back to present time and find out this world's Heart Under Blade (she had her powers restored upon Araragi's death) turned the world to zombies as Cat chick's White modo killed Araragi because Araragi never found Shinobu during Tsubasa Cat. Araragi and Shinobu then confront Heart Under Blade with a huge stack of Kokorowatari (Heart Under Blade's sword. You see it in Bakemonogatari. Oshino thinks about using it on Kanbaru/Cat chick. It's an Auto Kill sword) only to find out that Heart Under Blade actually jumped in the sun after turning the world to zombies. But yeah, she apparently lived anyway then allows them to kill her and Shinobu does more time travel.
Yes that all happened in the span of one novel.
By the way, Araragi once hid Kokorowatari inside his stomach and allowed himself to get cut in half. Shit was stupidly awesome.

She does have a sword. Actually it's really powerful but I can't remember its properties at the moment. Certain-kill or something.
You know it's really hard to think up a good fight for Medea, mainly because she either horribly loses against MR or utterly destroys if they don't have it. I'll have to try extra hard if I want to think up a good fight for her, hmm how about Medea vs 10 Einzbern homonculi on the level of Sella. (I think that's pretty good but let me know if it's not.)
technically Medea actually ignores most MR
The majority of Caster's spells fall into the One-Line category, but speed is even faster or at least just as fast as Single Action spells (No Action) and power-level is no less than that of Five-Line spells. Also, as her spells are Divine Words, they do not fall into the normal categories and thus the conditions of Anti-Prana B, C, and D do not apply to her.

Conditions (spell's length) are not applied to her because she is able to use high-level magic in a single action.
So does this mean that the only MR that even works against her is A rank? But that wouldn't make any sense seeing as how Archer uses it against her in UBW. Hmm maybe I should take this to the questions thread?
