The problem with the Throne of Heroes VS. 40k is that the warp Gods, C'tan, and the EMPERAGH are kinda unkillable. And, they can influence people on a Galactic scale. The bigger problem is the sheer numbers the 40k has. I mean the Orks number in the quadrillions, and don't get me started on the Tyranids. It's the same with Imperium, the numbers are just too large. And, thirdly, everything in 40k is out to kill you; especially the barking toads. They seem harmless, but they're not. They really aren't.
They have to deal with this situation cautiously. First, they would need some method of FTL space travel, secondly they need an army... a VERY big one, three they need a defense against the mind fuckery of the numerous gods of 40k. Basically, they have to build a space empire first if they want to face off against the rest of the galaxy and somehow protect it from the malevolent influence of the warp.
I'm thinking that if they gain FTL space travel, they should send Iskander off to find the Orks scattered around the galaxy and unite them under their (his) banner. If they get the Ork gods Gork and Mork on their side to protect their forces from the warp, along with the Orks and their ability to warp reality with the WAAGH!; they stand a good chance against the rest of the galaxy.
But, this only if the Heroic Spirits can all band together in spite of their differences, form a futuristic empire, and get the Orks on their side.
The Demonbane and Shin Megami Tensei verses would troll them both though.
And, Marvel would beat absolutely everyone because the Destroyer of Worlds and Gods is on their side; otherwise known as Squirrel Girl.

DBZverse is far too inconsistent. One minute they're casually blowing up planets, the next, they're punching someone with all their might and the opponent gets knocked through a hill.
