I'm sorry, but you need to elaborate. I have no idea what "Pokemon special's" is supposed to be. If you mean the Red you face at the top of the mountain in Gold and Silver, no that Pikachu goes down like a one-hit wunderkind. Now that Snorlax on the other hand was actually a decent opponent.

It's been a time since I read the manga, but reading from another thread, it seems the card Erase is pretty hax, and Shield it's a good defense, and there's a whole lot of cards I don't really remember
No idea what Erase does but he probably just punches right trough Shield with his strongest arrows, hope Sakura has bullet time reflexes and speed.
What if Gilgamesh has the original Erase, and erases Sakura's Erase card?

There's no original version of the Clow Cards. It was stated that Clow created an entirely new form of magic with them.
Going by the anime Sakura though, time stop would be rather broken since she has at least a hundred times more power than Lee who could hold it for a few minutes.
Interestingly enough, the original owner absolutely dominated the Clow Cards' magic until Sakura replaced the basis entirely with her own. Clow was the sort of guy who caused dimensional distortions by simply having a desire without even consciously enacting his magic. Sakura exceeded his level so she's no slouch.

I still say Gilgamesh wins, he pulls out the original time machine that we have yet to see up til this point to grant himself immunity to any time shenanigans Sakura tries including any she prepared before the fight. Plus Gilgamesh greater than magic, Fakers not withstanding, seriously freezing time and space can be countered by a mana discharge even EMIYA can handle. This evaluation may change if I ever read this manga.
