For the purpose of a versus, unless we're considering arrogance coming into play, Gil beats any other Servant just because he can game compatibility and crush them.

If he's up against a conceptual killing NP like Gae Bolg there's not much he can do.

Otherwise he trashes them all except Herk (monster slayer OP, so Jin would take longer) and Gil (if he pulls Ea). Monkey King stronk, yo.

Isn't Ruyi Jingu Bang FTL? Shouldn't he be able to kick Gil to the curb regardless of whether Ea is used or not? Plus he has Kinto-Un, which can spam lightning bolts continuously.

Not saying Karna would not loose.But Gil doesn't have VS in GOB.Isn't Gil's entire gimmick is something like looking at his opponent's NP and then either pulling out its prototype or something which completely nullifies it as he is able to identify it.

How would he fare in a situation where he doesn't know what his opponent has(disclude the EA factor)?Would he actually pull out something like Cosmos right off the bat to neutralize it if he doesn't identify it to begin with? I am asking this because because he does have so many weapons that he himself forgets what he has and he doesn't necessarily know to use all his weapons in its max potential.

Well I think Gil would at least know one or two defensive armament in his treasury.

Also Vasavi Shakti is flashy as fuck. Just the sight of Karna sacrificing it for the activation is enough of a guaranteed that it's his trump card. It's also something out of the world that Gil admits he doesn't have, so he probably would recognize that thing is something that needed to be defend right away. Gil is arrogant but quite perceptive.

I dont think GoB is enough to make him win against Karna though. Ea is another story entirely

Yeah, if Gil though Karna was gonna pull out VS he'd probably counter with Ea straight away, it's what he did whenever Saber tried to Excaliblast him.
