Comes down to the first hit, really. Nanaya's first hit would probably be a line of death or a sneak attack. Hei's first hit would be electric or strangling him by dangling him off a bridge with a wire round his neck. Either way, Hei's got the edge, since Shiki's knife is made of metal.
I'm pretty sure Nanaya himself can't see Lines of Death.

Yeah, here's the thing- there is no Nanaya. Tohno Shiki = Nanaya Shiki = Tohno Shiki. They're the same person, the only difference being that there's someone called Nanaya that Tatari created out of irrational fears. He wouldn't be anywhere near to the real Shiki.
Which is why he doesn't have MEoDP

I said Nanaya on purpose, because I knew it would raise a stir.
Well, both are fast, have their powers and have no reason to hesitate, so it is a hard match. If it is Nanaya only, I vouch for Hei all the way.

This has been done before too. It ultimately depends on which Dante is involved.

They are both demon/vampire/inhuman hunters, fast, can jump at incredible high height, and are both almost impossible to kill.
That's a though one, but I go for Ciel. Seven can deal a great damage, even to Dante. His guns will not do shit to Ciel in the long run, leaving all the work to his sword, while Ciel will have the upper hand in ranged attacks.
I dunno. Dante was shown to cut/smash through large buildings in DMC4 with relative ease and he basically laughs at bullet speeds. Let's not forget that this is after DMC3 & 1, so he might still have access to either Quicksilver or the Time Bangle. That and he stopped a punch from the Saviour (that hugeass statue monster) without too much trouble.
Pandora packs a helluva punch at range and Dante can still charge his pistols and shotgun with his demonic energy so I wouldn't count him out of the ranged fight.
And Sparda DT, if counted, would heavily shift the fight towards Dante.
DMC3 (After getting DT) - should be able to tie with her.
DMC1/DMC4 - has a large chance of victory.
DMC2 - complete rape. If he goes DDT/Majin there is literally not a .001 chance of Ciel's Victory.
