Here's a (meme-y) post about Captain America vs Saitama to provide some of Cap's most ridiculous feats.
Another more serious respect thread I found.
If we're discussing this, providing some feats for Cap seems relavent, to get a better feel for what he is capable of.

Well first, there's the problem that there is no baseline besides those "peak human" comments. When you have had dozens of people write you in different eras with different interpretations and different beliefs of this is cool vs this is natural, it's sorta a cluster fuck of what he is and isn't capable of. On the flip side, peak human in Nasuverse very clearly means more than actual human, unless you can point me to a video of people actually running up to the ceiling or contorting beneath coffee tables while vivisecting something with a blunt instrument. So you can easily justify Cap as doing some low-key crazy stuff.
Second, since he doesn't actually have any power that is actually supernatural or mystical in nature, you have to do something to get him capable of actually harming a spiritual entity like a Servant.
Localizationing stuff
Cap on average is below average servant threshold.
Cap also on average is well above not servant level magi
Rare science is not mysterious, it's rare. For instance, Asgardian tech is so beyond the scope of regular Midgar human understanding that it'd probably be mystery. In comparison, science knows what vibranium does and how it works. Comic vibranium is even detailed out by isotope data.

Yeah but Cap's shield is this weird impossible Vibranium-Adamantium alloy that nobody can figure out how to replicate and is noted in-universe to be weirder/harder to destroy then Mjolnir
Imma still argue that's not mystery based on materials. You want to talk mystery, if he qualified for Servant, it'd be all the feats that he alone achieves with the shield that'd be mystery, or even the fact that everything is from an older time period, rather than thing we know + thing we know = thing we know.
And again, that still doesn't really mean a whole lot. The easiest comparison is again someone like Kotomine. Cap could equal Kotomine's one centimeter punch to a tree with the power of an awesome butt, cause internal damage to a human heart or brain with a single unassisted punch, and run movie speed while carrying a loli without magic, and even if his shield were slightly mystical, it's not like Kotomine could win in a fight with his magically assisted frock and magically made throwing swords. He'd need things like command spells and hardcore otaku tenacity to bump up to Servant tier.

Fair 'nuff. As Phil said on the last page, it'd be Captain America versus Kotomine that'd be the really interesting match.
It actually wouldn't.
Kotomine would get bodied.
Oh well. Onto another versus I guess...
How about Arisa Ahokainen (Akiba's Trip) versus Luvia? No idea about the differing power-levels at work here (Luvia is a Magus while Arisa shows some degree of obviously superhuman strength). Just wanted to pit anime's two most notable Finnish blondes against each other... (Though Luvia at her worst isn't nearly as ditzy as Arisa on her best days)
Nobunaga vs Iskander
Nobu shoots everyone methinks
A new FGO NP table
funny vamp ends 7 years of gacha torture
YT: FGO Gameplay , YT: FGO OST, Twitch FGO Gacha, Chaldea Archive Project - Complete
its 3 thousand gun vs tens of thousands of soldiers
and not all of those soldiers have divinity, i bet
but then we got to the old argument of doing RM inside RM with Dairokutenmaou

Prisma power levels are kind of nuts, so I'd lean toward Ilya.
