Chaldea Quetz still has very high Divinity, two anti army NP and Piedra del Sol as her 3rd.
She won't have the Divinity she enjoys before Merlin screwed her in Babylonia, but even after that she was still ridiculous. She herself handles an huge bulk of those Llamas and was the one doing the heavy lifting for the team, while even someone like Ishtar struggles against them.
Achilles invincibility is completely useless against either quetz

Iskandar would still try for the kick of it.
Also I think Iskandar is being far to much underestimated here. The thing is that Achilles doesn't trump Iskandar but that Achilles trumps his army, since while it is composed of Heroic Spirits it's doubtful that any of them has Divinity. But if it's just Iskandar then it changes things. Iskandar has C Rank Divinity so he can certainly hurt Achilles not to mention even without that his Bull's are the children of Zeus. In this fight it would be pointless to bring his spears Dual field and Achilles would have difficulties fighting Iskandar on foot since he mostly fights with his Chariot and despite how fast Achilles is at most all he can do is dodge out of the way and try killing the bulls, of course that could leave him open to Iskandar's sword. The best way to fight him is to go Chariot-on-Chariot, now who would actually win there I don't know, Iskandar's Chariot seems to more destructive but Achilles's seems to be faster. The unknown factor here would be Achilles's Shield but I don't know how effective it would be since it's not like Iskandar will just charge strait at it, Achilles does have his ramming technique with it but since he never used it I don't know how effective it is.

Also I'm not convinced that AK can really deal with his Chariot that easily.

And considering how it was used previously, I don't see how it wouldn't stop or hinder Iskander
Yeah, there's no way that something that stood up to Karna's spear would be a match for Iskander's bulls, that'd be stupid.
But how does he use it? Isn't it just a normal shield while on the defensive? I haven't read the scene where Astolfo uses it so you can correct if I'm wrong please, also does Achilles even relies on it? Even when faced with a situation where he can use it as with his fights against Chiron he doesn't pull it out from what I have read so far.
The only decisive way I can see him using it is in the mentioned ramming attack where he tries to crush them with the miniature world which to me sounds pretty solid but since we don't know exactly how attack actually goes like and it's range it's unknown I feel like whether Iskandar can dodge it or not.
