By her own Altera wins, but if it's about armies Nobunaga's army wins imo
I think Nobu would still win even in a 1-on-1. Even without factoring Altera's ET status, she's still super divine and has a high rank in Riding - two things you don't want to be too good at while fighting Nobunaga.

Which is faster though, pulling out muskets or photon ray? Because using her NP is sort of the only way I see for Altera
After actually looking at Nobunaga's stats again, I can see how the boost she'll get against Altera will be significant, but still, it's not clear if that also works as a defense for her, and Altera is all about raw power that could still overpower Nobu's rifles. When she uses the regular Photonray attack she becomes enveloped in her magical energy, and I could see her charging against nobu with that and overcoming the barrage of shots.
How's she gonna get around Nobunaga's Reality Marble though?

From what I read of that, she probably won't, she would need to definitely defeat Nobu before that reality marble shows up.

Sorry teardrop occurs only during cutscenes, no counter attack is possible

Yeah unless Teardrop just shoots way faster than muskets, or she's somehow able to just casually use it while being bombarded by 3000 muskets, B-rank Divinity and A-rank Riding is gonna fuck her up before she can even use it

Don't think so, normal Photon Ray should have enough strength but really, I can only seeing Nobu winning this because I don't see what Altera can do to 3000 World's lazers given how effective they would be against her. Altera's attack power is certainly top-notch but not so much is her defenses. Nobu trumps this one, I don't see whay Altera can do.
