Between the three of them, the one I probably believe in most is hype Jack, but that's a pretty situational thing. Even then it's kind of hard to get a handle on how strong the demon form really is relative to a decent HS.
That's probably more its harder to get a handle on how strong a "decent HS" is compared to the demon form.

I guess I'd consider a decent HS to be someone like Lancer Cu. Solid, tough but not particularly flashy and no crazy shit like Karna or Ozymandias. I know he's not what Nasu considers an average Servant but that's definitely not worth trying to pin down.
The odds of Kuzuki managing to get close enough is hard to imagine.
Hm. I understand what you mean, but reverse causality seems pretty crazy to me.
I think an average Servant would be Boudicca, whereas a terrible one would be Mata Hari.

Lancelot has Protection of the Fairies and Arondight's bonus to saving throws. I think it's possible he might dodge Gáe Bolg.
I'm not sure he has it as a Saber. It's not one of his GO skills. If he does, though, he's at B rank luck + another rank up for having it.

Not just that- the entire point of Kuzuki's style is that it's meant to take advantage of a trained opponent. It means nothing if your opponent kills you before you get in close, or if your opponent isn't trained in any sort of martial art. The reason he caught Saber was because she was good enough to dodge his punch, and confident that she would insta-kill him in the next second.
Kuzuki's wanked a lot- sure, his style can probably kill with a punch, but basically any martial art can train you to do that. His one's a style that's designed to catch an opponent off guard, just once, and just long enough to murder them. That's all. Kuzuki isn't gonna pull some incredible trick that lets him overcome any and every opponent once- you saw what happened when he went up against Archer. Archer just damn near cut his arms off before Kuzuki could reach him, and Kuzuki was fucked. People act like he's got Kotomine and Bazett down pat for the first fight, when really it's just that his style is suited for taking advantage of a trained opponent. It isn't a 100% win for him, it's more like 60/40, where the 40% is he gets killed by their first hit before he can, uh... wriggle the snake, and hit them himself.

Eh, it could show up as a skill that lets him occasionally dodge an attack or NP, or just leave him on low HP instead of death when he's hit with something that should've killed him.

His Berserker form has it. I think it's his useless star gen up skill. Saberlot definitely has no use for that.
Even Bazett breasts can't save him. Poor guy.

With Jack the battleground is really important. If he's not in a city he kind of sucks, so you should probably specify.
That said, I have no clue how strong Carmilla is.
