Diarmuid I think, gae dearg I think wouldn't really do that much against Beo's NPs but Beo also doesn't have any crazy defence to deal with Budlhe so that should still work. Also Beo should be easy for him to manipulate him since he just goes gun-hoe first than logic later, but than again while may be the case Beowulf could do something to surprise Diarmuid since most likely than not he would go for the crazy option that's totally out of Diar's expeditions. But that's just a possibility, most likely than not I would give it to the deer.

Diarmuid can fool even high ranking Instinct and make his opponent do real mistake.
Then I remember most of the time he ignore his capital I Instinct and use animal instinct instead and just bahsahkahing forward. So i suppose Knight Tactic cant be used fully here.
But the thing about doing that is i think against a technique and speed oriented guy with a spear that can literally chip on your max health is a bad idea.
Beo having a really lower AGI compared to Dia probably made it worse.

Rather, I would say that Lancer's keep away tactics aren't going to be effective forever, and he doesn't have enough firepower do damage Beowulf enough to stop him from getting his hands on his neck... or better saying, using those sword-things of his to cut off lancer's head.

Hmmm. It seems to me that while Diarmuid has to keep hitting Beowulf and evading, Beowulf only has to hit him once.
Not to mention that not only is Beowulf very durable, he also ignores wound penalties.
All of that said, I do think Diarmuid has a reasonable chance of winning, I just think Beowulf has the odds in his favour.
I agree. It's not like Lancer can't possibly win, I just think that the match up gives Beowulf a clear advantage. He's still a berserker all things considered, he's meant to get hurt fighting, so Lancer just accumulating small amounts of damage over time plays to Beowulf's strength imo.

BC is the ability to stay fighting even when your life is chipped away, to stay fighting until your HP is 0. It doesnt boost your defense or your HP or anything like that.
Dia doesnt need to chip away BC, he just need to chip away's Beo's life. Sure Beo is gonna keep standing until his HP is 0 but when it does hit 0 he would still drop dead.

i mean, good luck for a C rank AGI brawler type hitting a A+ rank AGI technique type. Im not saying its a clear cut victory but America Beo vs LSW makes it clear that Beo has bad compatibility against guy's who are quick on their feet, not a giant, and actually know martial arts.

I think Diarmuid vs Beowulf is a really good VS and I've been thinking about it for a few days.
The underlying thing about this VS is that Beowulf does not do well against duelists. Diarmuid is 100% a duelist.
At the same time though Beowulf doesn't have to be good against duelist because he has the aimbot known as Hrunting.
And I think this aspect is a bit overlooked because in MURICA he just threw it away to fistcuffs with Li.
However, Diarmuid is a dual wielder so I'm p sure Hrunting itself won't be sufficient.
Secondly Diarmuid has Knight Tactics is a p direct counter for Instinct. However because Beowulf's ME, there are times he'll disregard Instinct completely.
Berserk doesn't do anything against Knight Tactics since that's a tactic rather than a mental interference thing.
It we put this all together Diarmuid definitely has an advantage against Beowulf in terms of compatibility as a Heroic Spirit, with skills, and with Gae Budhie.
However it's not like Beowulf doesn't have a chance.
If he is able build damage on Nageling and assplode it before Diarmuid can break through Focus Sash he can probably win or at least tie.
Anyway it's a good VS because there's a lot to consider and a lot of moving parts.
Though abandoned, forgotten, and scorned as out-of-date dolls, they continue to carry out their mission, unchanged from the time they were designed.
Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.

Blitz does manages to fight (if for brief moments) people stronger than anything Kiritsugu seems to face directly in fate/zero, so it's hard to say. Flight is a big advantage, but then again, Kiritsugu's thing is not really fighting people head on unless there's no other choice.
Can't say how that would turn out tbh.
Not much Li can do about fighting someone with aimbot sword and Instinct I'd guess and Nasu wanted some bajiquan memes
