Also Herk having a sword doesn't help Karna any.
I would say Herk, as much as badass as Karna is without his NPs would definitely be more of a disadvantage to him then Herk.

Lu Bu vs Lobo
I wanna say Herc too, but Karna's original myths were ridiculously OP, with or without his NPs. I reckon he's more or less on par with Herc strength and speed wise, which means he shouldn't be under too much pressure in CQC, he should be able to outthink the Berserker without needing to resort to any desperate plans.
Sane Herc takes it, though, I'd say.

Can Karna use his prana burst? His PB is about on par with Balmung, a A+ np. If he's allowed to use it, I see the fight going in karna's favor.

It's that Prana Burst + Sun Armor basically lets him cancel it out, iirc.

also as an aside, Arthur's prana burst completely overwhelmed Para's Azoth beamu + Territory Creation support Para had made to boost it even further.
