She has Runes hailing from Scandinavia, almost known as Scandinavian Magic Crests. It is said that she, a first-rate magus, has taught Rune Magic to her beloved Sigurd. Originally, it was a Skill that shows the power of the 'Primal Runes' granted to her by her father Odin, but her power is being suppressed. If she demonstrates the true power of this Skill without possessing a Divinity Rank of A or higher, in addition to receiving restrictions on the use of her Noble Phantasm, severe damage enters her spiritual core and Brynhildr will soon disappear.

Tho looking at it it doesn't say she can't use it, just not there full power.

Okay, thanks. I don't think Odin granted her any extra access to runes during Fragments though. Romantia was still sealed and it was stated she'd self destruct eventually. So it probably wouldn't be a smart move against someone as durable as Siegfried because she risks destroying herself before dropping him. Freezing him might work, but we don't know how strong her ice is.

It's not like Siegfried is just going to stand there and tank everything like a statue. They are probably going to start off with melee and Siegfried has the advantage with his
armour and swordsmanship. Also, can Brynhildr do anything against Balmung?

Going by what i’ve seen of Siegfried and Bryn interacting i’d say it’s entirely in character for Siegfried to dogeza while Bryn pummels him

Kojiro vs Scathach

I've already made the point in the Diarmuid/Kojiro matchups that two spears can quite easily block three simultaneous sword swings, and Scathach has a spare half dozen to stab him with while he does that, but he has nothing that can block Gae Bolg.

In skill/technique, who knows? Kojiro's good enough to warp reality with his swings, but by Scathach's own admission, she's skilled enough to kill gods with nothing but a spear... blow. However that works.

Kojiro is too limited to beat Servants with ranged options unless it's on the stairs. Even then I don't think the stairs would stop Gae Bolg Alternative from freezing Kojiro in place and blowing him up.

Although now we know having multiple weapons isn't really going to help, you have to have something that can stand up to a sword that represents infinity
