He drops an attack using the earth's rotational force on Aleister's building even before the awakening. I'm pretty sure Accel's power is limited only by what he can understand and calculate. And touch, I guess.

George's a patron saint down here. Hell, our national flag's the cross of George, if I'm remembering my IRL lore right. If we go by the pre-Apoc sketchout of his character, where he had half a dozen NPs, a horse that could nullify any attack once, killed a dragon, yada yada, this dude could easily be on Berserk Herc's tier, only he can actually use NPs and such.
Then again, if King Arthur gets summoned on English soil (with associated fame boost, which I don't think our version of Arturia gets, being still alive and all), I could see her being an absolute monster as well- I mean, what's King Arthur most famous for? First and foremost, the round table of ridiculously adventured knights. A wizard. The two dragons of the UK. One or two magic swords, a magic spear, a magic dagger, a castle, a sheath of immortality, so on and so forth.
OGturia summoned on home turf would probably sit pretty handily on the Karna/Gil tier.

Hmmm... Would she still have all of those things as a Saber, though? And her losing the sheath is part of the legend - I doubt any version of Saber other than the one from the Fate route would have Avalon. Plus, George is a dragonslayer. I'm not saying she'll automatically lose, but this might be a bad match for her.
Well doesn't Karna's legend have him lose some of his stuff innately? Like he had to give up his armor. Sure he still needs to do that to use his super spear but the fact the lost it doesn't mean he can't have it while summoned.
Saber could just be summoned with Avalon but have sort of fate/curse on her that makes attempts to steal it highly successful.
I mean her legend also ends with her giving up excalibur as she dies so technically one can see her loss of it as part of her legend but she'd still get summoned with it most probably.
Saitama has no way to perm kill Archetype
She can't kill him short of stopping Earth's Rotation and waiting for him to die
that's all I'm going to say because appealing to being a gag character makes my head hurt
