Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.

Currently (like, actually) finishing Apocrypha 3
Siegfried calls his treasure a lost NP or something like that, and we know it's not something he's normally summoned with so theres something for that.

There was a discussion about fame boosts recently. It was sort of concluded that they weren't actually that big, considering Artoria was summoned in Western Europe for the fourth war and so was Hercules in the fifth (Herc gets his full boost everywhere in Western Europe). I think Artoria would at most max her class container in England. The main thing fame boosts seem to be good for is extra skills and NPs, but Artoria doesn't seem to get those given Nasu didn't mention them when he was explaining her fame boost along with Herc and Cu's (Cu being the only one who was mentioned as getting extra NPs).
Strangely enough George doesn't have Dragon Slayer. Assuming the fame boosts from England cancel each other out, Artoria would win due to the speed gap. She has a whole rank of agility over him and instinct to widen the gap. George's best hope would be annoying her with durability enough that she uses Excalibur, then nullifying Excalibur with Bayard, which would leave her drained. Whether this would happen depends on if instinct decides to work today.

Actually wait, I checked again and George doesn't have the Dragon Slayer skill but he does have an NP that does the same thing. Probably wins with that.
Word of God has it that Saitama throwing a full punch would pretty easily be in the kill planets range, if not solar systems.
Bad examples there. Saber's still alive, and is summoned in exactly the same state she's in when she was on that hill making the contract. Hell, she can't even use spirit form, she isn't even really a heroic spirit there. Herc's summoned as a Berserker, and apparently Einzbern-modified, the only NPs he uses are ones that exist innately.

Not dealing with it...
Why even try?
This is golden...
Which is a change by Higashide that I actually appreciated and wished everyone else had done earlier.
I mean, if you could get a fame boost by being summoned in your home turf and keep it when you leave, then wouldn't everyone just do that? Especially considering Japanese HS can't be summoned normally in the Fuyuki War?
I always presumed fame boost has always worked like that. It just doesn't make any sense otherwise since HS is interrelated to humanity. If people don't remember you then you're basically dead.
Something
The Grail was modded in Apo.
Come visit Mobius Space whereand post Type-Moon stuffquite rarelytranslators gather
modded in 2 ways
1. to adapt it for Romania
2. to allow for the summoning of non Hero Heroic Spirits
He altered the Greater Grail little by little to adapt it to Trifas. His achievement in making it possible to summon not only pure Heroics Spirits, but also ‘those who only have the aspect of a Heroic Spirit’ could be called an unexpected by-product of the alteration process.

I would think they also modded it so they could summon servants outside Trifas given Jack's master did. If the Einzberns could also do it that would make sense. Might not even be a mod in that case.
I suppose the other explanation is no one tried to summon servants before going to Fuyuki.

No, that's just a thing.
Hassan-i Sabbah was the head of a legendary order of shadowy killers in the Middle East, and the one from whom the term assassin could be traced back to. However, history told of only nineteen individuals who took up the name of Hassan. Normally, when summoning Assassin, one of these nineteen would be called. Although it was possible for others to answer the summons, the chances were so low that one could be forgiven for believing them nonexistent.
Across the many Holy Grail Wars, not only had the true names of the nineteen Assassins been laid bare, but the nature of their Noble Phantasms as well. Yet the Masters feared Hassan-i Sabbah all the same. It was beyond count how many Masters lost their lives at their hands, as Hassan slipped through regardless of all their countermeasures.
However, thanks to those countermeasures, the possibility of Hassan being killed by their targets became exceedingly high. It became common perception that summoning Assassin was an immeasurable gamble – as one either ended up taking the Holy Grail, or death swiftly followed.
Aside from that, the summoning of Hassan as the Assassin Servant was due to the word assassin itself being their catalyst. As such, if one were more creative in arranging additional lines in the summoning incantation, bringing in catalysts not associated with Hassan, then it would not be out of the question to call upon other Heroic Spirits. For example, Semiramis who was summoned by Shirou in the Red camp.
