Would Astolfo's book work against Tamamo's spells. By itself I wouldn't think it would do anything against Tamamo's MR bypassing spells but I wonder what effect it have if he used say when she's being powered up by her mirror.

I mean Doom is a pretty useless status anyway. You almost always have more then enough time to cure it before the countdown finishes.

When you're shown a skill and told "with the exception of those particular of certain heroes, almost all Skills can be displayed with a proficiency level of B~A Rank",then one assumes almost all skills can be displayed with a proficiency of B~A rank.(Obviously not God's Resolution).
You want to blame someone, blame whoever explicitly keeps giving heroes NLFs like this. Scathach is hardly the only one with gamebreaking abilities if taken to their logical extremes.

Scathach's Gae Bolg does not have Cu's heart seeking property. Sniping Vlad from afar won't be anywhere near as effective

Depends really, Gate of Skye won't do much against Enkidu since he can rearrange his stats. Her stunning Gae Bolg would work on him but would that stop him from creating weapons? Also his regen is so great that he can probably survive Gae Bolg. So I don't see how she can win. She has runes but not sure how it would help her

Aside from going full hax with Primal Runes (As in having some bullshit she hasnt shown yet) I don't think Scathach so far has shown anything that can threaten Enkidu
He literally has nothing in his arsenal that would stop any Gae Bolg, whether it's Cu or Scathach.
And of course it has a no-dodge clause, that's an inherent property of GB.
