Well, Dante is more destructive and much more faster.
Ciel on the other hand has literal immortality and regeneration-negating equipment. Unless Dante has some way to permanently keep Ciel down, the later would win by simple matter of exhausting the Demon Hunter.
As for Sayaka vs Shirou: Well, hard to say. I side with Shirou due to the more versatile weapons at his arsenal.
Sanji vs Shirou? Shirou is just a good cook but Sanj is supposed to be a master. Well, that aside I really don't know.

Well, Sasori's poison would be a problem though. Same for his initial armor-like puppet. Touko isn't superhumanly fast like most TM magi featured. At least not to a noticeable degree. But her puppet is more than fast enough to blitz Sasori, I guess.

Kotomine Kirei (in his prime) with prep vs Kuzuki Soichiro with Caster's enchantments.
I'm leaning towards Kotomine if he plays it smart from a distance or sets up traps. He might win in close quarters if he makes the most out of the Command Seal speed boost.

Base Fiama has little chance against the ORT.
100% Arc? Well, I'm not sure.
La Persona Superiore a Dio Fiama would win both. He has planetary scale reality warp and a complete Holy Right that can crush a Star to dust.

Kotomine takes this pretty easily, I bet. Hell, even with Caster backing him up, it wouldn't be an easy fight for Kuzuki.
Kuzuki is sure faster than Kirei though. At least with the enchantments that Caster gave him. Also I wouldn't underestimate the Snake Strike. That caught Saber completely off-guard, precog or not. Kirei must be very careful on this one.
That was only cos Saber underestimated a "mere human". Her thought processes went "Sweep nuisance out of way -> Kill Caster- wait, nuisance caught my sword wtf is going- HBLARGH!" Kotomine's would be more like "Close range fighter -> Toss Black Keys from a distance -> Use bounced Keys to distract -> Crush throat when he deflects bounced Black Keys"
Now this is interesting. Fiamma would probably kill ORT assuming ORT can die on Earth. As for Arcueid, well, non-LPsaD Fiamma can't kill her, whether she is using 100% of her power or not.
The reason why Arcueid cannot be killed by external factors is because the soul is literally indestructible. We know that the human soul dies at contact with the outside air, that means their lifespan is over. Arc doesn't have that problem, since she is part of nature, her soul will remain even if her body is completely destroyed.
Since the Holy Right can destroy her body plus her power minus her soul, the end result will be the same as Roa's ending in MBAA; Gaia will reboot her and she will come back at full power. Not to mention that there is a good chance that she'd have gained at least some resistance to the HR.
If we're talking about Fiamma (LPsaD), then he wins.
