I'm pretty sure I read it in a scene Gawain was in, fine if you don't believe me since I'm not that confident in that either. Still though if Gawain had his buff in that fight do you think you would have scene him panic as he did?

Which should be enough to answer the question really, since the reason he was so busted in EXTRA was because the Sun didn't move and he was on Max Numeral Mode the entire war until Rin/Rani turned off the Sun.

For the first part, I meant that his very existence would be regarded with trepidation and fear if GER were known to the Church and Association. Besides, in his position as a Gang-Star, there's no way he couldn't interact with the Moonlit World, especially the Church since their bases of operation overlap.

You've got a point, but he'd definitely be up there with Zelrecht, ORT, and a lot of the other heavy hitters. Also, Passione as a group would definitely attract attention because it'd be the largest group of Stand users in the world in the Holy Church's backyard. That, and Stands would definitely be considered noteworthy by those in the know.

He'd be viewed in Italy somewhat similarly to the way Galvarosso Scladio/Scradio is viewed in FSF.

Also, GER gets pretty damn close to the Root when you think about it, so...

You'll find that Gio is the best of Dio and Johnathan mixed together, being that hes their son, this makes sense.

But yeah, unless the moonlit world would cross him, which if they knew what he could do, they would leave him alone. Basically he'd be the local dragon.

After reading Purple Haze Feedback, I must agree that he's a boss not to be crossed, and the moonlit world would know it. Also, I'd imagine a sort of three way alliance between the SWF, Passione, and Chaldea, since their goals overlap more.

Also, to get back to a badass vs, how about Kirei vs Hansa Cervantes from FSF?

Recall that after Vortigern ate the sword powers and went kaiju that Artoria and Gawain were so fucked they had to pin Vortigern to the ground with their swords and leave themselves weaponless. If Artoria didn't have Rhongomyniad they'd have died then and there.

Vort kicked up a storm. Those generally come with clouds. And as you yourself said, they'd just lost their ability to drop massive killbeams on whoever fucked with them. Doesn't matter if you're three times as strong as a knight if you're facing the avatar of a nation.

Again. You're comparing a dragon to the avatar of a nation. I have no idea how you got to the idea that a dragon- any dragon that isn't in charge of nebulae or concepts- is anywhere near the level of a landmass overflowing with mystery.
