I think it's more like she'll do anything to win. She's skilled (though less then some of the other KOTRT), but the way she fights is just "I don't care what I do as long as it works"- As contrast to Saber for example, who would never do something a ridiculous as throw her sword at someone to secure the kill because that's just not proper.

oh, and would have beat Lancelot by another sucker punch except for Lancelot having plot armor usually reserved for protagonists who just had sex.

Between Saber Lancelot and Munenori I feel the battle is decided as to how Lancelot handles Munenori's NP. Otherwise can he overwhelm Munenori with the Knight of the Lake bonus?

I'd say it depends on who she's fighting. Against Diarmuid, for instance, she was honourable to a fault, but against Cú Chulainn and Archer, she was much more pragmatic (though it's debatable whether she actually fought "dirty").

What keeps Gilgamesh from being obliterated by Saver's Chakravartin that can prune even timeline on it own

Divinity can break through purge defense so Gil can just destroy him using Ea. Chakravartin was stopped by Galatine and Nero. Ea should be able to easily destroy it.
