Depends on when the fight is--before Tsukihime, Shiki can't consciously activate his Nanaya hax i.e. him. It won't unconsciously activate in a fight against a human either.
Arihiko isn't a human, though. He's a bro.
theoretically barring an onset of anemia shiki's nanaya body alone should be enough to take out even a street punk like arihiko even if he was just flailing or slapping wildly, but since this is nasuverse, any lopsided fight goes to the weaker, so arihiko.

You'll have to ask someone like CanonRap. But from what I know after reading Kizumonogatari, she mentioned a bunch of abilities (flight, able to hide within shadows, turn to fog, disappear, shape-shift, matter manipulation and able to destroy things by glaring at them) but most of them weren't displayed (at least in that novel). Her physical durability is not all that different from a human though, but she has pretty much instant regeneration to make up for that. She also covered 6kms in a single jump. Also, she has a pretty cool demonic sword.

At max powah Kiss Shot turned the world to zombies took on Gods and can do Shirou projection on autokill swords all while controlling time. She was stated that if she wanted to become a God or if she felt the she would get it. She's kinda freakin' OP. Still doesn't stop quite a few japanese fans from still thinking Aikawa and Omokage could take her on (or more like kick her ass) anyway. Edit: and pretty much everything Dartz said is true.
There's also Risuka, her father Nyarlathotep, Ajimu, and tons of other characters that Niso has made that could probably solo half of Nasuverse.
