As it is Fionn's most iconic ability and his most well know legend I would like to see him use it more seriously one day.

He did, If I remember right Amakusa killed Darnic's Servant in the HGW, though that was probably would be part of the climax finish. Also knowing that Amakusa mainly one his fights in the HGW through his Ruler advantages. There is a possibility that Fionn suffered the classic Lancer death, by command seal.

Karna can just carpet bomb the area with Brahmastra Kundala so invisibility doesn't mean dick. Also his armor can probably withstand a bite or two so he can always counterattack when Lobo goes in close to attack. Given that he's skilled enough to rank up his attacks, he can probably do a "read the air currents to determine the enemy's position" trick too. Besides, half the problem Team Chaldea had with Lobo was that he kept running away the moment things went badly for him. In a thunderdome versus that isn't really an option.

Lobo running away was only the problem early on. After he went Avenger they were the ones who had to run away. Jalter had to stay and almost die just so you could get away even with Saber Alter and Moriarty. Although how powerful is Jalter?
