Which is exactly what TM does, and so should we !!!!!11!!!!
Thats where you're wrong.
Happiest Taiga is sexiest Taiga.
Does Cu Lancer with his Gae Bolg shenanigans have a decent chance at beating Arc? If so, I reckon Scathach has a decent chance too with the whole rune magic is just Hax. Plus according to Cu, Scathach has a final form she hasn't shown us yet.
As for Enkidu vs Arc, I wonder if its a matter of who the planet backs up more.

Spoiler:
Do we have any text, or at least statement, to that effect?

I don't think she can do anything against the causality reversal, but Scáthach doesn't have the same ability (that's not intrinsic to Gáe Bolg, it's a skill developed by Cú Chulainn), and Arc can survive losing her heart.
I doubt Gae Bolg would work inside the Brunestud Castle. And no, magecraft doesn't work on Arc (unless you have a very exotic foundation)
She may be nerfed in Tsuki but Arc is still the strongest TA. Granted, Scathach is a master at fight as well so she have might a chance to best her.

"Here's a bangin lil' tune about takin' on The Man!"
(Check out my Super Special Awesome Servant Compendium here)
Again, keep in mind arc loses to Gil because of an affinity advantage, not a strength one. So anytime you are doing a generic arc against a signs opponent where it’s easiest to bring her powers to focus, the opponent better really be bringing something to the table
On a more serious note, didn't Scathach summon Cu and other Celtic heroes using herself as a catalyst at some point.
And Arc's chances of victory drastically decrease fighting two servants at the same time, couldn't scathacks win like that
Worf gods bit.
And yeah, she did summon some Celtic heroes - can't remember when, though, or if there were any special circumstances which might have helped her do it. I think she did it in the Land of Shadows, for instance.
