18 Mountains and 42 Lightning Bolts is a pretty good strategy.

it isnt a powerscaling question. you can just throw names in random order if you think the character is impressive and abnornally strong compared to their peers or if they have pretty unique abilities compared to everyone else

long story short, i am doing this so that we can appreciate the strenght/uniqueness of modern characters since it is almost always about ancient heroes and old vampires

I legit forgot to include Touko/Aoko but Touko's combat feats are mostly limited to being functionally unkillable, and Aoko's output is unstable, so let's leave it at that (and she's in Melty Blood anyway)

Kiara outside the Moon Cell events is a therapist/cult idol ,sure she can brainwash you pretty good but she's not gonna fight you any better than your average shrink can. (Which if we take Toby's experiences is a notch above the average, but still).

Also about Lorelei, the analogy given isn't quite correct. She's more like an hyper-focused Evocation Wizard who looked around her, saw other wizards throwing around save-or-sucks and Forcecages, and decided "I can solve all of my problems with Fireball, just gotta make the Fireball big enough". And then she only applied herself to problems that can be solved by Fireball and Lightning Bolt all the way to 20+.

she's been taught magecraft sure, but we've never seen her attack anything with the magecraft just restraining stuff
she's from the mountains sure, but we don't see her physically attack anything until after she takes in the moon cell or is a Servant
so...

I know, but being from the mountains is pretty much equal to being superhuman for some reason (probably leylines) and she was definetely taught martial arts before.

Her magecraft is also good enough to restrain Alter-Egos composed of multiple deities.

Yeah it runs counter to her persona, but she is stacked. I dont know what else to say. I didnt write the character

Perhaps judging characters by reducing them to lists of feats and superpowers while removing all context is dumb, stupid, and bad.

Come to think of it, I was never clear on whether the Polygamist Castration Fist was just one move (and thus hilariously misnamed) or an entire style (of which Tamamo only ever uses one move).
