Serious answer, though: I asked this back when I was doing research for the fic, and general consensus at the time is that King Hassan would take it. Personally, I don't think we've seen enough of him after he gave up the Grand title and whatever power or abilities that gave him to know - for instance, would his regular Servant self be capable of possibly defeating sun-powered Gawain in close combat? -, but my gut feeling is that he should have a huge advantage if the fight starts with a sneak attack, but Scáthach would probably have an edge in direct combat because of Gate of Skye and her magical abilities in general.

The grand title is for the strongest heroic spirits in the first place. King Hassan, even without his grand saint graph, should already stand at the peak of what's possible for servants. I don't see what advantage Scathach would have over King when he should still have his killing capabilities; which weren't degraded even after becoming a normal servant. That he's the major support that allows you to beat Tiamat's Bel-Lahmu - equal in power to Goetia's 72 demons - speaks volumes.

I see no reason Scathach wouldn't get her shit pushed in, especially when losing appears what she does best.

dont get me wrong to be a grand you probably do need to be one of the stronger servants but there was a while where people were talking about how grand was the absolute zenith of each container and therefor being a grand meant you were inarguably stronger as a spirit origin then all possible other occupiers of that container

Unless the NA translation got this wrong, you become a grand because you were the best of the best. It'd make sense since why wouldn't the world use only the strongest to fight the beasts?

I'm gonna cast my vote for Scathach, since it seems she simply has more options available to her. KH is an amazing assassin, quite likely the best in the Assassin class, but Heroic Spirits tend to not be very easy to assassinate.
