If the mythology isn't overhyped and is actually accurate, guy with galaxy-wrecking weapon wins. If Karna's powerlevels are more in line with other Servants, Negi probably stomps.

End of Negima Negi should stomp Karna into the pavement. Any form of him. He's much faster, physically stronger, has regenerative abilities that make him largely unkillable, barriers powerful enough to block most attacks, can keep fighting at 100% longer, cannot be hurt by anything but extremely specialized techniques unless he drops lightning form and so on. If you want it to be a fair fight you're going to need to pluck him from an earlier point in the story.
Oh, and he's probably stronger than that in UQ Holder but I stopped reading that and don't really know for sure.
Negi sneezes, blowing off Kavachi and Kundala and it all goes downhill from there.
Be sure to blow off that A ranked MR from Extella too amirite. I like both Karna and the spring onion so I'll give them a draw just because I'm biased.
Magic Cancel would basically make Asuna immune to any beamu right? I kind of wonder if her sword would also slice through NPs the way it sliced through Rakan's swords.
