Divinity can break through purge defense so Gil can just destroy him using Ea. Chakravartin was stopped by Galatine and Nero. Ea should be able to easily destroy it.

Well, it took Nero, Gawain, Leo, Rin, and Hakuno to stop the spinning and I personally think they manage to do that because Saver was not present. I mean, Saver easily obliterate Nero even when his cakravarkin was not completed in the first episode. Meanwhile in the last episode, the completed Cakravarkin barely do any damage to her (from visual perspective it's also feel less dangerous compared to the 1st ep)

Amita Amitaba is weaker against human that's not quite human. In Gilgamesh's case, he's 2/3 Divine, so with that, plus whatever shit he can pull from GoB, he might survive.
That said, I don't think Saver has any defense against Enuma Elish, Gil's Divinity definitely allows him to bypass Enlightenment Purge Defense which is the one of the only thing that could defend against Ea.

I know we shouldn't use game mechanic but Amita Amitaba can still obliterate Tamamo, who is definitely not human and has higher divinity than Gilgamesh. If that the case than I don't think Gilgamesh can deal with it.
