I'm not up to date so I'm not sure what happened here, but we have clear cut feats from characters above that level. Galan blew up a section of a city with the air pressure of a swing and made a slash that went through nearly the whole countryside. This is dozens of times superior to what Servants are capable of to be honest, they simply don't interact with the world in the way characters like that should and we've actually seen Noble Phantasms accomplish much less (Caladbolg only destroying a graveyard) despite being above Servants' physical attacks. The instance was clearly portrayed as a display of physical strength given Estarossa ignored Ban using Hunter Fest immediately beforehand. I will grant you that we can't say for sure he wasn't using his weird explode-ey power, but if Estarossa was so far above Ban Hunter Fest being used for seconds didn't even bother him then exploding Ban by flexing seems like a logical feat.D - Estarossa can make people into demons and or explode them. he used a special ability to kill Ban, he didnt just flex
