Hela (Thor: Ragnarok) versus Gilgamesh
Hela (Thor: Ragnarok) versus Gilgamesh
Hela was stabbed by a random Asgardian. Gilgamesh just skewers her till she can't heal.
She was stabbed by Thor a few times too, and tanked a lightning blast without any apparent damage. Of course, that's assuming the fight takes place in Asgard, where most of her higher-tier feats took place.
The movie doesn't really make it clear how powerful her regen inside Asgard is, though. From her feats on-screen I could see it being anything from powerful healing to full-on immortality, like Adam in Eden or Ramesses in his temple. Either way I'll grant Gil could probably win, as he surely has some specialized anti-regen NPs he could bring out and in a worst case scenario could just use Ea to destroy all of Asgard with her, like Surt did in the climax.
She tanked a few stabs, nothing to justify getting up from her heart or brain being destroyed.
We already know Gil has Harpe so nullifying regen shouldn't be a question.

Not sure I'd equate Nasuverse gods to MCU Asgardians either because they seem rather different.
If it says it's a god, talks like a god, has the power of a god, I would wager it has enough conceptual divinity for Enkidu to work

Localizationing stuff
It hardly hurts that Ragnarok has by far the most "god-like" Asgardians in the Thor trilogy, even if they're supposed to be "just" super-advanced aliens.

Yet another reason why Fate is the Japanese equivalent of Marvel universe?
Weren't some of the gods born from the wishes of humanity?
Nasuverse gods are also vastly more powerful.

Eh, I don't care about this point that much, but I will say there's no way to scale what rank of divinity Hela would have.
Heracles (Berserker) vs Alcides
I was going to say Alkeides - he's not as strong or fast as Berserker!Herakles, but he's more skilled and capable of strategising. But then I was in doubt over whether he has enough firepower to kill Herakles twelve times in different ways (I doubt Kerberos can take even one life, for instance).
Twelve Labors to counter God's Hand
Thematic.
Something
Alcides has Nine Lives which we already know can kill Hercules nine times. Herc can't get past the pelt.
Of course if they have standard masters then it's just a question of who's master croaks first.
Well, Herk could, you know, punch him. I think he would know how to deal with the pelt.
