is it just me or is Paracelsus a lot more game breaking on paper than he is portrayed in the stories?
also, ballpark powerscaling here, but how strong would you say Bryhn is? who would you say is about as strong as her?
Paracelsus isn't mainly a fighter. Like Medea, he's a a magus, his life's work wasn't in punching people in the face, it was theorycrafting and alchemy.

Bryn in Fragments is limit broken Bryn haxxed to the max with outside interference.
In fact Bryn, and I believe they note this in the novel as well, is actually high defense Servant, like a General in Fire Emblem.
She's able to go super speed and even faster than Serenity because she was super in-love and her burst was basically super maxxed
Considering we don't know what her AOE NP does, probably like up there with Cu but instead of speed she has defense.
This is Bryn at minimum normal love no NPs and Cu with no NPs and his standard set of runez, not the good stuff

Well, there's also the extremely boring "she flies up and stays up without charging up Fran at all" but it's not in her character to not immediately speak beams at a Servant while laughing.
A lot of Para's abilities haven't been fully shown. Sword of Paracelsus certainly seems underwhelming, IIRC he didn't give Arthur any trouble even with the quantum supercomputer.
Bryn's tier is hard to determine because there's context surrounding all her fights (except maybe Arash) and we don't know precisely how Brynhildr Romantia works (every male Servant in Fragments qualifies as her beloved yet Arthur is the only case where it seems to have come up). I feel like she should be Cu's tier though. She'd be really OP if she were hooked to a grail because then there's nothing stopping her from spamming city busting runes.
Bryn’s powerlevel is determined by how much LOVE she has and LOVE is the antithesis of powerlevels which means discussing her powerlevels is completely pointless

Thank You :3...About that, i just check Li Shuwen's np No Second Strike and it said that enemy is killed not by brute force but by mental shock. I just wonder if this can bypass Achilles's immortality since its only negate damage?
