Huh. I didn't know it went that far back. I always through Prachett just took two old separate origin myths (Turtle and Elephants) and mashed them together for absurdity. Reality really is stranger than fiction.

My Hero Academia Episode 17: I like intellectual characters, but I also never get tired when those same schemes get stopped by someone doing something unexpected.
Yaoyorozu and the others did good, I laughed when Asui just went into hibernation. She can do everything a frog can, but she has their weaknesses too. I also like how Midoriya and Bakugou just became these people that their classmates look to for guidance in tough times. Aizawa actually said he was proud to have them as students.
Oh, and yay Todoroki passed first, hooray. *claps*

My Hero Academia Season 3 Episode 18: Kaminari and Aoyama had the best moments of this episode. Everyone from UA made it in and now they have to do rescue exercises.

Harukana had best athlete mom while Hanebado had worst athlete mom.
I don't think you have to qualify that with athlete there. Athlete or not, it's hard to find a worse mom than someone who leaves because you lose a badminton game while you're sick. And like ten years old.
At least normal terrible anime moms want to destroy the world or something.

I'm guessing this has been explained in the manga in greater detail because in the anime we've only been giving one Ayano flashback which explains the mother's actions but I feel like there has to be more to the story than just that. Ayano has been shown to be a not very reliable source of information so I really doubt the mom just up and left cause "loser daughter". I'm pretty sure if you did pull something like that you might lose legal guardianship of your child and restraining orders wouldn't be out of the question.
