If your trying to imply a re-release of F/SN international, I kindly ask you to keep dreaming.
The property is too damn expensive for any distributor to take without a iron-clad guarantee that this will sell like hotcakes.
The only way I see it happening is if they decided to remake F/SN just like they are "doing" with Tsukihime.
Ιf the developer refuses to release an officially translated version despite knowing people are playing with an unofficial one for more than a decade now, I take it as tacit endorsement to just read the unofficial one.
That's my view on it at least.

Everyone pretty much knows the story already, the animes have touched up the story in places it needed, theres no real incentive for them to want to release an offical version when anyone can find it online with enough searching, or watch a lets play, or read the lets play.
