What ability is Mashu using for the blue barrier thing? First time we’ve seen it in action?

It's definitely not her NP, it looks nothing like it and only a little later she makes a big fuss about the magical energy cost when Fujimaru tells her to use her NP.
I assume it's Transient Wall of Snowflakes. "Defense buff applied to the entire party. The user's mental fortitude is converted into physical defense."
I bet on snowflakes skill.
I mean, Quetz had to team up with Tezca to beat Tlaltecuhtli - Mesoamerican version of Tiamat - in RL myth. So without someone who is of the same caliber as her (plus she lost divinity earlier due to Merlin) teaming up, can't rly do much.I blame Jaguarman for Tezca not showing up.
I blame Tezcatlipoca's future role in the Amazon Lostbelt.
I blame Merlin.
Of course. But she should be the type of character he likes. Loves humans, loves the idea of the underdog clawing up against a greater foe, onee-san appeal...
We just need an advocate for Quetz to rise up and make some noise. But frankly, she should have ticked all his boxes without a need for one.
I blame Ishtar and her bull's powercreep
What's the Medb's height again?

That's the height of Medb's ego.
Quetzalcoatl's nuke made such an impact it's honestly a shame Benkei didn't get to use his Pilgrimage of 500 Arhat. His and Ushiwaka's parting were really underplayed in general, imo. I'm all for better action scenes, but come on.

This is also a really minor nitpick, but I preferred it when Ishtar referred to the Earth and the Skies with their Mesopotamian names. It really lent the scene that edge of credibility that it's really a Mesopotamian god freaking out, not just Rin in a different outfit.
shit BL says
Once and always and nevermore.
I don't remember that, is it a localization thing?
I mean in japanese she seems to use normal words for Earth and Sky (I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure she at least isn't using Mesopotamian names)
